Renovations in a rental bathroom (or any bathroom, really) can be tricky. There are not as many elements you can easily upgrade to transform the room and space can often be the issue. One day, I would love to have a double vanity in our master bathroom, a soaking tub and walk in shower! For now, we get creative with the space we have and with the right pieces any bathroom can get a nice facelift. Where to spend vs where to splurge can make a difference the cohesion of the space. I think when renting too, it’s important to be extra mindful since it doesn’t make sense to invest in elements that you cannot take with you or restore to the original.
