The holiday season is upon us! I cannot believe it but I’m also very excited to enjoy all the festivities. It has quite honestly been the fastest year of my life and we embraced lots of change. I know the end of the year comes like a freight train after Thanksgiving is over but I love soaking up the slowness that a day with family and food entails.
I typically have our table set the day before a big holiday. There is something special about having the table set in anticipation of the guests arriving and the food to be had! I’ll thank my grandmother for getting me hooked on setting a beautiful table. This year, I kept my Thanksgiving inspired table simple with candles in these beautiful hurricanes, greenery, natural textures and a new pottery pitcher. Looking forward to sharing a meal and reflecting on everything we are thankful for. Wishing you and your family a wonderful and safe holiday as well.
