Mission
It’s pretty simple. I want to offer mostly unique items and have you feeling like you got more than expected. I make every effort to present items as they really are with full transparency, so you know exactly what you are getting. If all else fails, you can defer to the Return Policy below when things don’t work out.
I truly believe in the philosophy that the customer comes first and trust you will see that in everything I do. Having second thoughts? Feel free to return it, I’ve likely missed the mark and can learn from the experience. Not saying that you will always agree with a price or that the pictures didn’t quite represent a product condition but we will work it out!
I value the relationships I build more than the value of what I sell. If you’re looking for something, shoot me a message. If you think I priced something too high, let me know. Shipping too high? There may be other options.
Shipping
The Vegel House ships to the continental Unites States, Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we do not offer international shipping. I will make an effort to ship orders out within 5 days of your purchase. Everything ships from Iowa City, IA and the shipping rates are calculated via USPS based on the weight of the pieces, size of the package and the distance.
Returns
It’s simple. If you don’t like it, having second thoughts? You can return it (for any reason) unless otherwise state in description. I’ll pay for shipping for items returned within 30 days unless otherwise noted in the listing. Since many of these items are vintage and antiques, I’ve noted marks, tears, damage, etc. Please read through the product description to ensure you are fully aware of any discrepancies before purchasing an item. If for some reason your product arrives damaged from shipping, I’ll accept returns for a full refund (including the cost of shipping) back to your original payment method.
